What are the requirements for the Verizon Nurse Discount

In order to qualify for the Verizon Nurse Discount, you must not only be on any of these Verizon plans but also meet the following conditions:

Assign yourself as the Verizon account manager/owner

Currently be working in nursing (LVN, LPN, or RN) and/or respiratory therapy (will need to have a valid NPI Number).

How do you sign up for the Verizon nurse discount?

You can apply for the Verizon nurse discounts by going to the Verizon website’s Nurses Discount Section and clicking “Get Started” at the bottom.

You’ll then be taken to ID.me. This is the place where you will need to start your application. However, if you don’t have an ID.me account, you’ll need to register first.

Once you have verified your account, you’ll automatically be taken to Discounts by Verizon. Here you can choose to either sign up as a new customer or an existing one. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

Verizon will require an uploaded document to confirm eligibility.

If you choose to attach a NPI or pay stub to your document, it will be accepted. However, the document requires that you adhere to certain requirements.
