Walmart Pharmacy can I get Prescription Refill Notifications?
For reminders to be sent, opting in must be done manually. This can be done online by using your Walmart Pharmacy card.
Log in and select “Medication Reminders” from the menu. Next to your prescription, click on the “Set up Reminders” option. You can choose your start date, change the frequency or even modify it.
To confirm your changes, you must press “Save Reminder” after you’re done. After you are done, you’ll receive remind notifications according to your frequency preference.
Reminders can be cancelled or edited by clicking on the Medication Reminders page. This will allow you to choose whether to ‘Cancel’ or Edit’ to make any changes.
How do I order my Walmart Prescriptions online
By creating an online Walmart account, you can view and access your Walmart Prescriptions. You must use the same information to create an account as you used to register for your Walmart Pharmacy prescriptions.
When you log in, click on the ‘Pharmacy’ option. The homepage will display your recent orders as well the upcoming reminders about prescription refills.
Green dates indicate that the prescription is currently in transit. Black dates signify the last refill.
For more information on individual prescriptions click on the blue number. It will give you information about the prescribing doctor and date prescriptions were written.

Walmart Pharmacy is unable to fill prescriptions on behalf of someone you care about unless you’re a parent, caregiver or pet owner.
If you need to fill or refill their prescriptions, please have their full name, address, birthdate, and phone number. The prescription can be filled or renewed by post, phone or in any Walmart Pharmacy.
