What is the Lifespan of Lowe’s Insurance Plans?

The length of your protection plan depends entirely on how long you want to pay and if you continue paying it.

You have 30 days from the date you purchased your item to purchase a protection plan.

Lowe’s Pro customers have 30 days for you to register your serial number. However, it will not be covered.

With that, each product plan has a different time length. One example is the standard power tool protection plan, which can be extended for up to four year.

Also, protection plans begin when your product arrives or after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

To be sure, you double-check the information before purchasing a protection plan.

Lowe’s Can Look for Lost Receipts

Lowe’s is unable to reprint receipts that have been lost. However, Lowes can reprint old receipts depending on when the item was bought.

Your receipts can be kept digitally for up to five years by using a MyLowe’s card or Pro account.

The ability to save receipts digitally helps to simplify warranty claims, as you won’t need to keep your paper receipt in good condition and worry about losing it.
